Positive Thinking Facing Pregnancy
What expectant mother felt in her second month of pregnancy, not much different from what she feels in first month. Their mood was far from stable. Moreover, some of them started the nausea at certain moment.Nausea is most often felt in the morning, or when smelling certain smells (egg fishy food, spicy and so on). That is why this disorder is called “morning sickness”.Even if so what is experiences by expectant mother are not the same with experienced by other one. If the expectant mother is happy with her pregnancy then she would not assumed experienced nausea every morning as disturbing problem. Conversely, if the expectant mother not happy with her pregnancy, the disorder can be felt as very heavy burden.
To be able to feel comfortable with her month two pregnancy, in additional to positive outlook towards her pregnancy, expectant mother are also expected to consider all the problems outside of pregnancy as challenge to be faced. For example, if you still active with work,you should consider the problems that arise connection with such work as something that will not interfere with your pregnancy. By being positive,expectant mother can arrange everything in such away that still can work well, but not make her tired and forget the conditions of pregnancy.
What if problems are found to expectant mother make her depressed? For example because of prolonged stressed make her difficult to sleep, anxiety and physical symptoms of headache, backache or lost appetite? These symptoms are an “alarm” to watch out by each expectant mother. Because if not addressed can harm the fetus in the womb.
To be more prepared for pregnancy in the coming months, pregnant women should try to neutralize all the stress she face.
