While the non-heme iron is generally present in foodstuffs that derived from plants such as vegetables, fruits, cereals, grains, nuts, and small amounts found in meat, fish, eggs. Heme iron is more easily absorbed by the body than non-heme iron. But the food is so-called meat factor such as meat, fish and chicken, if there is in the diet, although in small amounts, will increase absorption of non-haem iron. Please note, milk, cheese, eggs do not increase the absorption of non-haem iron. In addition to meat factor, vitamin C can also increase the absorption of non-haem iron. <p>This month, your fetus actively engaged. At the age of 10-11 weeks, with body length about 5.5 cm and weighs less than 13 grams, the fetus shape more similar to the shape of a baby. Besides the fish like salmon, essential fatty others can be found in vegetable oils, egg,  almonds,nuts (for those of you who easily allergies are advised to avoid peanuts), and seeds (eg sunflower seeds, sesame). If you cook your meal, avoid all fried and processed foods that are excessive for your essential fats, because it contains a lot of saturated fat. If so, you will lose the kindness of essential fats in your pregnancy time.</p>
